Collection Information
Shop Collection Time frame
If an order is placed during shop open hours, a minimum of 4 hours must be given to allow the order to be checked and compiled.
If an order is placed between Tuesday and Friday, outside of opening hours, the order will be ready for collection no less than 1 hour after opening.
If an order is placed between Saturday and Monday, the order will be ready for collection no less than 1 hour after opening on the following Tuesday.
In short, the cut off time for orders being collected on a Saturday is 12 PM Friday night.
Payment is made on collection via cash or card (Amex is not accepted)

City Centre Collection Time frame
Currently, there are two possible collection times from the city centre
Tuesday 10:30AM - 11:30AM
Thursday 1:30PM - 2:30PM
For orders being collected on Tuesdays the cut off time is Monday 12PM
For orders being collected on Thursdays the cut off time is Wednesday 12PM
Upon order either day can be chosen

Once an order has been collected and has left the premise we will not accept the return of any product within the order. Unless there has been a mistake on our part.
